The deadline passed.
The obligation didn't.
Whether you filed on 30 May or you haven't yet, the ledger that defends the figure runs every day from here. MOCCAE can ask. Your auditor will sample. One platform: AI-extracted bills, UAE-native factors, continuous controls, audit-grade lineage to every source row.
The Combined UAE Sustainability Statement.
One file. Every regulator. Audit-defensible.
You don't buy a feature list. You generate one ~120-page PDF that bundles every UAE framework into a single assurance-ready document, with every quantitative figure traceable to the source row that produced it. Hand it to your auditor. Hand it to your board.

The 30 May 2026 window closed. The law didn't.
Penalties accrue per offence — not per filing. No size threshold. No vertical exemptions. No free-zone carve-outs. The fastest way out is the same as the fastest way in: a clean activity-data ledger.
Doubled to AED 4M on repeat violations within 2 years. Per offence — not per filing.
Scope 1+2 above this requires mandatory third-party assurance. Below it, voluntary — but auditors still expect a working ledger.
Every emission entry, every meter reading, every evidence file — kept on the activity-data ledger for the regulator's inspection window.
mrv.ae IEQT-compatible workbook structure. Get the format wrong and the submission bounces.
Built for UAE. Engineered for audit.
Six layers that turn six months of manual filing into days of structured work.
Inbound bills, OCR meters, IoT data plane
Forward DEWA / AADC / EWEC / FEWA bills to a tenant-specific inbox. AI extracts kWh + AED + period. Snap a meter photo — Vision OCR turns it into a calibrated reading. MQTT + Modbus + REST adapters ready for smart meters.
UAE-native emission factors
DEWA 0.420 · AADC 0.355 · EWEC 0.480 · FEWA 0.500 kgCO₂e/kWh. Desalinated water 2.8 · TSE recycled 0.05. AED spend-based factors for Scope 3. No more bolting Indian / European factors onto UAE data.
Continuous controls + evidence vault
40 UAE-relevant ESG controls pre-mapped to AE_CLIMATE / SCA / ADGM / DFSA / ISSB / GRI. Each control has owner, frequency, evidence requirement, status. Auditors sample any control and trace back to the file.
SuperAI — the compliance copilot
Chat-style wizard. Pick a report. SuperAI checks your data, fixes gaps with one click (seed controls · auto-fill narratives · seed materiality), then hands you XLSX + PDF + audit-pack ZIP. Minutes, not months. Powered by gpt-4o-mini · UAE-aware prompts · audit-trail preserved.
Block-by-block PDFs + assurance XLSX
Not screenshot PDFs. Real PDF primitives: selectable text, page breaks, footers, TOC, signature blocks. XLSX has a Source-data sheet so auditors sample any KPI and trace back to the row.
Auditor read-only workspace
Invite any UAE assurance firm via email. Token-based, no SuperESG account needed. Scoped to the frameworks + period they're assuring. Access auto-expires 180 days after period end. They see entries, controls, evidence, narratives — never your billing or settings.
Reporting isn't just numbers. It's who you answer to.
Regulators, auditors, investors, suppliers, and your own board each need a different cut of the same data. The Stakeholder Toolkit ships with the platform — no add-on — so the people work is structured, not improvised.
Double-materiality assessment
Score every ESG topic on impact + financial materiality. Drives which GRI Topic Standards appear in your report — and defends why.
Supplier engagement portal
Token-gated, no-login questionnaire for your value chain. Responses flow straight into Scope 3 and your supplier scorecard.
Control ownership + accountability
Every ESG control has a named owner, a cadence, and an evidence requirement. The board sees who owns what, and what's overdue.
Auditor + board-ready packs
Read-only auditor workspace and a one-click audit pack ZIP. The two audiences that sign off get exactly what they need.

Built on published standards. Backed by Taqtics security.
Every emission factor traces to a published source with a version + retrieval date. Every customer sits on the security perimeter of our parent group — Taqtics, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified — already in use across 5,000+ outlets.
SuperESG inherits the security perimeter of our parent company Taqtics — SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified — covering access controls, change management, encryption, and incident response.
Scope 1 + 2 + 3 boundary per Ch.4. Location-based + market-based Scope 2 per Scope 2 Guidance.
Inventory + reporting principles per ISO 14064-1. Audit pack supports ISO 14064-3 third-party verification above 500,000 tCO₂e Scope 1+2.
UAE-DEWA / AADC / EWEC / FEWA grid factors from IEA + utility operational data. Refrigerants per IPCC AR6 GWP100. Water disaggregated to desal / groundwater / TSE per GRI 303. AED spend-based Scope 3 per EXIOBASE.

Common questions from UAE CSOs + CFOs
The 30 May 2026 deadline passed. What now if I didn't file?+
File late. Federal Decree-Law 11/2024 does not stop demanding the inventory once the calendar flips — MOCCAE's submission portal continues to accept filings, and penalties accrue per offence (AED 50K–2M). The fastest path is to log your last 12 months of utility bills (forward to a SuperESG inbox or upload PDFs — the OCR + AI extractor does the rest), then generate the MOCCAE-format XLSX from /reports. Most small + mid-size UAE entities catch up inside a working week.
I filed on 30 May. Why do I still need a platform?+
Three reasons. (1) Your auditor will sample. Without per-entry lineage to a factor + evidence URL + meter reading, sampling fails. (2) The control environment that produced the figure has to keep running — controls register, evidence vault, materiality re-assessment, FY26 logging starts day-one. (3) Next year you file again. Every kgCO₂e logged in SuperESG between now and then becomes next May's submission with one click.
What did MOCCAE expect in the first filing window?+
A Scope 1 + Scope 2 GHG inventory per ISO 14064-1 + GHG Protocol, in the MOCCAE National MRV (mrv.ae IEQT) workbook format. Entities above 500,000 tCO₂e Scope 1+2 also need ISO 14064-3 third-party verification. SuperESG produces this XLSX in one click from your activity-data ledger.
Is SuperESG actually built for the UAE — or is it a global tool with UAE bolt-ons?+
UAE-native. The factor library covers DEWA / AADC / EWEC / FEWA grids separately (with the right kgCO₂e/kWh for each). Water factors split into desalinated · groundwater · TSE-recycled per GRI 303. Pricing is in AED. The platform doesn't even render Indian or European reports unless you ask. CLAUDE.md and our methodology doc both lock this.
My auditor wants source documents. What do they get?+
Read-only token-scoped workspace. They click a link, they see: your emission entries with factor + source URL · your control register with passing / failing status · your evidence vault with every uploaded PDF · the disclosure readiness panel · ISSB S2 + GRI narrative text. Works for any UAE assurance firm — big-4, regional, or boutique. No SuperESG account needed. Access auto-expires 180 days after period end.
What if my data is messy / incomplete?+
The Compliance Agent maps it for you. You pick a report; the agent shows which controls + materiality + narratives are missing and seeds defaults with one click. Quantitative metrics never fabricate — empty entries stay empty and flag yellow in the report. Narratives can be auto-drafted with UAE-flavoured starter text, then your CSO finalises in the editor.
I want to try it before I add my real data — what do I do?+
Sign up free, then in Settings → Admin click 'Load demo dataset'. In about 30 seconds you get 6 synthetic UAE properties (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) · 18 months of monthly bills against DEWA / AADC / EWEC factors · ~35 seeded controls · materiality scoring across 16 topics · pre-filled ISSB S2 + GRI narratives. It's clearly marked as a demo tenant. When you're ready, create a fresh tenant and start logging your own data.
Why should I trust SuperESG vs. building an internal spreadsheet?+
Four reasons. (1) Methodology — published factors traced to IEA / DEFRA / IPCC AR6 / MOCCAE · ISO 14064-1 alignment is not something Excel can attest to. (2) Security — Taqtics group SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 already cover the operations platform for 5,000+ outlets; SuperESG sits inside the same perimeter. (3) Continuous controls — the regulator expects evidence of an active control environment, not just an annual filing. (4) Audit trail — every kgCO₂e value in our reports traces to a specific emission_entries row with factor_id + evidence URL. Try recreating that in spreadsheets across 50 outlets.
